Hormones are the messengers in the body and affect every body function. Here are some of the things you can eliminate or minimize this disruptive toxins.
1) All “conventional” dairy and meat that contain hormones. Most cheeses that come from Europe, are still hormone free. That means buying organic. Only buy grass fed, because animals need to be outside to be healthy and produce essential nutrients. Who wants to eat products from stressed out or poorly treated animals?
2) Eat organic foods, as pesticides in non organic food disrupt hormones.
3) Don’t eat too much soy and always eat organic soy as all the rest is GMO.
4) Don’t use anti-bacterial products which contain Triclosan.
5) Try not to breathe in gas fumes. Avoid traffic jams, don’t sit in an idling car and generally be aware of gas and diesel fumes.
6) Avoid plastics in packaging and elsewhere. Theses hormone disrupting chemicals leach into food. Even vegetable plastic is made from GMO corn that contains insane amounts of very dangerous pesticides.
7) Teflon has PFCs which are one of the top common hormone disruptors
