Digestion is the key to Health!

I believe those who say “all chronic illness begins in the gut”.

Today the toxins, heavy metals, GMOs, antibiotics, medications other poor quality foods and daily stress undermine the health of the digestive system.

Along with food digestion, neurotransmitters, including the’ feel good’ hormone Serotonin is produced in the gut. This means that  mood disorders have a direct relationship to your digestion.

To recover from MCS or any illness, the key is to get the guts healthy. If you are ill, tired, depressed, anxious etc; chances are that you have Leaky Gut Syndrome. When I got sick, I never had any complaints about my digestion. I ate lots of health foods and fiber and seemed healthy. I later learned that I was  malnourished and that I did have leaky gut, parasites, yeast over growth, mal-absorption and everything that goes with it. We all have parasites and yeasts, but when the gut flora is unbalanced, they become a serious problem.

I eventually deducted, because I had many symptoms associated with mal-absorption of nutrients.

When you have Leaky Gut Syndrome the ingested food and toxins get into your blood stream making you toxic and taxing or damaging all of your organs. When you have leaky gut the chances are that you will eventually  get sick from MCS, Cancer, IBS, colitis, depression etc.

When the gut is out of balance, the parasites, candida and other unwanteds proliferate and  are eating your nutrients and excreting waste by products into your system. These waste by-products are toxic. (use molybdenum to help neutralize those toxins).

Healing is a long process and requires lots of education and changes and perseverance. I am still in this process and will probably always be thinking about improving my digestion. This is not something you can learn in a blog post or a one hour program. Search out information and educate yourself as you are able. Make changes and keep at it.

I will give some pointers here and you can find others in different blog posts or from other sources.

SOME WAYS TO CLEAN THE COLON AND HEAL THE GUT:

*Chew your food until it is liquified and mixed with your digestive enzymes (saliva). This    is extremely important and so easy to overlook.

*Alkalize the body, drink lemon water, take baking soda (not forever), read up on alkalizing foods

*Take Digestive enzymes, I use papaya enzymes, but am no expert on this

*The coffee enema with stimulates the detox enzyme is a great colon cleanser. Over time, it eliminates more and more toxic waste from your intestines. Any kind of enema cleans the intestine. The coffee is specific because it stimulates Glutathione, the detox enzyme.

*Get colonics

*use Aloe Vera, I have a plant and use a piece in my blender drinks.

*Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (1 teaspoon in water)

*Reduce stress, this can not be ignored. Stress is one of the worst things for the gut. I have an awesome mind/body program .http://detoxthebodymcs.com/?p=2103

* Supplement with L-Glutamine

* Lots of herbs are healing to the gut, Licorice, Mints & Cardamom are a few.

* Use supplements which are  sub-lingual or applied to the skin.

*Get into a parasympathetic state before eating. Take 10 deep breaths, don’t watch tv or rush. Relax, breathe and eat

*Find ways to activate the Parasympathetic system (yoga , meditation, visualization,  dance, sing etc -I have a phenomenal yoga/meditation program via SKYPE http://detoxthebodymcs.com/?p=2103  )

*supplement with  Glutathione, ALA and Vitamin C for detox

*supplement with Molybdenum which nullifies lots of the toxic waste by-products of yeasts, parasites, toxins and even alcohol

*Do parasite cleanse

* deal with candida. See my Oil of Oregano video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0qyLMUopTI&list=PLXFLl1judRkF5LPNRpWhlqYrtFqZflTOa

* Eat clean healthy food, include lots of fruits and vegetables, avoid GMO foods! Eat organic, grass fed.

*Eliminate wheat from the diet, many say that modern wheat is not easily digestable and is neurotoxic

* use “oxy powder” to help digest food
