How and Why to use Essential Oils

Inhale and Heal~Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy with essential oils are an effective and very pleasurable way to heal your body and your nervous system.

One of the quickest ways to get the substance into your bloodstream is by inhaling it into your nose. This is why cocaine works and why it’s very important to be careful about what chemicals and toxins you’re inhaling every day in your environment.

Aromatherapy with essential oils bring many healing properties and phytochemicals into your body in a very quick way. They are also famous for relaxing the nervous system. Relaxation is the key to healing as science is now proving.

Different essential oils have different properties, for example oils like peppermint and cinnamon clove are very good at disinfecting and also getting rid of viruses and moulds. Other essential oils are more soothing to the nervous system like cedar and rose.

This is especially important for someone with multiple chemical sensitivity. That is unless you were so sensitive that you can’t use any oils which some people at MCS are. It’s great to have the opposite of being hurt by chemicals coming in through your nose. When you breathe in this healing beautiful fragrance it’s very healing to the soul and can also be used as a tool when you need to go out somewhere and the smell is bothering you that you can’t get away from. I actually feel like it counteracts the poisonous toxins from the chemicals. This is not scientifically proven but I’m pretty sure it’s true I can feel it when I use essential oils in these situations.

It is very important to have pure aromatherapy essential oils. Many essential oils claim to be very pure and better than organic but are actually toxic and synthetic and cheap chemicals. I use Aura Cacia and Nature’s Alchemy because I can get them on the internet or at whole foods very easily. There are some other oils which are being sold which may be just as good but there are other ones like, Young Living oils that are synthetic and toxic.

Breathing in toxic fumes in any manner especially under the guise of something that is supposed to be healthy is really not good for your health, so be careful with that.

I love essential oils I usually put them on my hands and around my face. I add them to some coconut oil to use as a moisturiser. When I go to the sauna I put a damp towel with essential oils on it and breathe that in while I’m in the sauna, it’s amazing.

I’m not a huge fan of diffusers because those are usually made with plastic aluminium and other metals which I do not want to breathe in ever.

Aromatherapy essential oils are extremely healing, frankincense is said to cure cancer. You can look up all the different properties from the essential oils but they’re wonderful, it’s an incredible beautiful way to heal.

Essential oils can also be used on tumors. infections and on the soles of the feet for healing. Its not just the aromatherapy that is healing.

 

Disclaimer: I am not a doctor and some essential oils can cause reactions in people. Many need to be diluted with oil and not used directly on the skin, some can be lung irritants. I am assuming people go slow, sue discretion and study anything before diving in. Nature’s medicine is good for you but one can over do it or be sensitive to something. Some of the oil seem to ave more warnings than necessary. Just do your own research. I have used them all and stung my skin a few times.
