Is your WiFi giving you headaches? EMF & RF

Since last Summer I have had some bouts with vertigo and headaches which my acupuncturist took care of pretty easily.

A few months ago I started getting more frequent pressure in my head, accompanied by flushed and hot face. I even had to adjust my baseball cap because my head had swollen. It was getting worse and more frequent.

Right when I was ready to finally see a doctor, I figured out that it was the WiFi and from my strong attachment to my iPad. I slept with it in my room and didn’t know that the Electro Magnetic Frequencies (EMFs) and Radio Frequencies (RFs) emissions are stronger when charging. Even my non-health aware friends though I was a dumb a**. I was always near that ipad.

I turned off my WiFi. It took me a week or so, I was really attached to that ipad. I got better quite quickly.  My EMF sensitivity was getting bad fast, even after I first cut back. When I would go to art openings or places with lots of people carrying cell phones or WiFi. When I would sleep with the WiFi on I would wake up with headaches and a sort of electro pulsing sensation in my body.

Now I am fine.

For a while there I was freaking out thinking I have to move to the country or spend all my money on shielding my apartment against EMFs. After going through the nightmarish scenario of having Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, whereby in order to get well, I had to read about how the dystopian toxic world where almost everything is toxic. I was starting to get a  “head for the hills” mindset in order to escape the radio waves. But my final philosophy is that the body can adapt and recover from almost anything. While spending more and more time in nature is on my agenda. I don’t have to go there to be well (although, some people may). I believe that fear and worry makes all conditions worse.

The body has an amazing and wonderful ability to adapt. These are very different times we are living in and require some physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, energetic adaptations to live it well. I am not afraid of toxins of radio signals any more, but I will be respectful of their power.

 

Update one or two months later: My whole nervous system is really feeling great. I really feel a huge difference.

 

Tips for reducing Electromagnetic Frequency and Radio Waves

  1. Use cell phones as little as possible. call. Use your cell phone to take messages and use a corded land line to make calls.
  2. Cell phones emit radiation even when you are not making a call. Wireless communication devices should not be carried against your body. Cell phones kept in pockets should be turned off.
  3. Do not let children use cell phones and wireless devices. Restrict their use to emergency situations only.
  4. All microwave ovens leak radiation when they are in use. Not to mention how it degrades your food and water. Get rid of it! Learn to boil water!
  5. Cordless land lines emit lots of RF. Get a chord.
  6. Avoid cell phone use in a car unless you are using a roof mounted external antenna. Without this, the RF signals from your cell phone will intensify metal surfaces of the car. Also, the phone is constantly looking for a signal and that intensifies the RF. Remember that cell phones emit RF radiation even when they are not being used to make a call.
  7. Use Ipad,  smart phones, laptops and even your computer with the Wifi Sensor (Mac is Airplane Mode) turned off when using applications that don’t use the internet.
  8. Replace wireless internet routers with hard wired units. I have my WiFi, but have the router unplugged unless I am using the WiFi. Turn off WiFi at night, at least.
  9. Do not use compact fluorescent or any low voltage lighting technologies. They emit high levels of electric fields and magnetic fields.
  10. DVDs / VCRs, electric clock radios/alarm clocks, stereo systems, heating pads, electric blankets, and water beds must be unplugged to cease electric and magnetic field emissions. During sleeping hours, remove or unplug electronic devices located in the sleeping areas. I turned off my air purifiers.  I don’t really need it any more. I turn on the purifyer while I am not in the room.
  11. Use Himalaya Salt Candles, plants and crystals to absorb EMFs in the home.
  12. Don’t sleep or be around too much ferrous metals. Also, use jewelry like sterling and Gold. There are beneficial and non-beneficial metals.
  13. I actually did some energy meditations to get the energy moving out of the body. I wasn’t sure it wasn’t energy getting stuck in my head area.
  14. Acupuncture, meditation, and other things that work on the “energetic or vibration body”  have helped a lot of people with EMF and Chemical Sensitivity.
