People are adamant about all variety of diets. I personally agree with the diet where you eat Grass Fed meats and lots of fruit and veggies(some raw some cooked) and not too much grain. (I rarely eat wheat). I tried the raw diet, and have some very healthy friends who do this. I cook my collards in bacon fat-southern style like my mom makes; otherwise I won’t be so motivated to eat them. Chinese Medicine says est cooked vegetables and say they are easier to digest. I eat lots of Superfoods!
