#MCS “Doctors disagree about whether symptoms are physiological, psychological, or both.” This is from an otherwise good article. Why do you think they still say that? I think its because the chemical companies own the pharmaceutical companies, who own the doctors. I can’t dwell on this, but I think its true.

Chemicals affect the brain and psychology is a factor in all illness, but to call it psychological? That stigma is almost as bad as the illness and most of us could not get help because the doctors just thought we were nuts!

You body is your friend. Listen to what it does and does not want to eat, breathe, wear, visit etc.

This is true with the exception of things you are addicted to and the sugars that your body’s parasites want to eat. But tune into your body and see what it wants. That is a lot of how I got well.

This will either make you angry or give you hope. I was at the pool with my sister yesterday and could not smell the chlorine, even while swimming in the pool. I had sever MCS & could not get within a block of a swimming pool. I wrote it to give you hope. Keep doing whatever you can to get well. I did and it worked.  ( I am not going to bathe in chemicals every day, but now and then its fun)

#MCS Just don’t do cardio in a gym you breathe in so fast & deeply. Its a closed in space with no ventilation, constant use of cleaning chemicals, full of people whose laundry detergent & perfumes start off gassing once the body heats up. The gym at the Ritz Carleton in DC is where I first got sick with MCS.

If you do yoga in a studio you can buy pure rubber mat, Jade makes one. Take your own mat, otherwise its be wiped countless times of anti-bacteial chemicals which are endocrine disruptors and carcinogenic, and is made of toxic PVS and who knows what else. If you like the gym and dont get sick there, that’s probably ok to do yoga. Since I recovered I lift weights there. I just dont breathe too much! I am aware that the air is not optimal.

Heat therapy, (sauna and the like) stimulates the production of glutiahione, the detox molecule. Sauna is an incredible detox. It also is healing to the brain, the nerves, the heart ad the hormones. Infrared or other. I am going back to the sauna. When I was sick, I was in the sauna 3 times per week, at least.******

I did coffee enemas almost daily for a year. This helped me feel better immediately & was a long term Detox for the liver. I wonder about people who will not try this proven most effective #MCS treatment. Mitochondria are the power plant of your cells. By doing aerobic exercise you increase the number of them. They are good bacteria which you need in order to stay alive. Any aerobic exercise that feels good is going to help you increase their number and the energy they produce. People with #MCS tend to also suffer from ME or CFS, which comes with mitochondrial dysfunction. Do move! Any part of your body! If you’re too sick to go to a gym(which are toxic places usually) or play basketball, there are exercises you can even do while you are in bed.

Everyday me and some girls from Spain and other places do yoga at 9am. Also Monday and Wednesday12:00 Eastern time. We say hello, chat, giggle and do 13-55 minutes of yoga (usually 30) Kundalini and flow and mixed! Then we usually do toning meditation with the Chakras 7 minutes. Then sit there and feel the energy. Then do a meditation that I received in a meditation to seal our energy. Most of my online friends are extremely sensitive to energy and trying to figure this out. Then we may do visualization of goals, free meditation or self hypnosis ‘manifesting goals’ or ‘confidence boost’. Its different every day and completely life changing. Its usually an hour, but some people, like my 75 yer old mom, come on for the yoga and then split sometimes in 15 minutes.its flexible. This is is healing us all & we are so happy about it, Healing the nervous system, the emotions, the energy body, the lymphatic system. Detoxing the organs, BREATHING!!!
