Oxygen is a key to health! CoQ10 supplements and Breath of Fire are incredibly helpful!

When I was sick with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity MCS, I constantly felt starved for oxygen. I could enter a building and could know the levels of oxygen immediately. Most buildings today are so weather proofed and full of toxic chemicals, that there is a very low level of oxygen. This is why people feel so tired, anxious and unhappy. People with a compromised immune system or oxygen issues feel down right threatened. Its not that you are neurotic, its that you actually are trapped in a room with no air! The body knows this and sets off the flight or fight ‘stress response” and causes great anxiety.

Breathing slowly and deeply is a great answer, or leaving the building or home!

Many of the most common ailments
now affecting our population are directly
related to oxygen starvation. Asthma,
emphysema, & lung disease are on the rise,
especially in the polluted metropolitan areas. Cases of
constipation, diarrhea, intestinal parasites and bowel
cancer are all on the upswing. Periodontal disease is endemic in the adult population
of this country. Cancer continues to increase. Immune
system disorders are sweeping the globe. Chronic
fatigue, “Yuppie Flu” and hundreds of other strange viral diseases have begun to surface.
Ironically, many of the new “miracle” drugs and
nutritional supplements used to treat these conditions
work by increasing cellular oxygen (oftentimes through

I started healing with many supplements and CoQ10 is one of the few I still take sometimes,
My preferred way to oxygenate is by doing yoga,”breath of fire”, relax, eat seriously healthy foods and take walks in nature. This gets lots of oxygen to my body. My body has totally healed and I feel better and more energetic than ever before!
