A lot of people are not feeling well these days and what most people don’t know is that one reason is because of the increase in electromagnetic frequency also known as EMF. These days we are in our homes so much more. We do everything on Zoom & our phones, cell towers are everywhere.  Don’t despair, there are things we can do to help.

Harmful Effects of EMF Exposure

EMFs can cause anything from headaches to just an overall feeling of not well-being. For me, it can trigger the ‘Flight or Fright’ response and I just feel like I need to get away or I get grouchy.

Here is a list of what could happen to you due to EMF exposure:

  • Sleep disturbances, including insomnia
  • Nervousness
  • Depression
  • Headache
  • Teeth grinding
  • Depression
  • Tiredness and fatigue
  • Lack of concentration
  • Changes in memory

How to Reduce EMF Exposure

What you can do to protect yourself and your family from this kind of stress are the following:

  1. Go outside on a regular basis
  2. Limit your hours in front of the computer
  3. Unplug your devices once fully charged
  4. Ground yourself regularly
  5. Avoid overusing the phone
  6. Avoid overusing  Wifi
  7. Turn off your Wifi when you’re not using it
  8. Sleep in a room with no electronics plugged in
  9. Charge your devices in a room that you’re not sleeping in
  10. Invest in EMF protection devices
  11. Swimming & being connected to even indoor water source is grounding

Conclusion

There are many things you can do you to strengthen your body so that you can handle the EMFs more easily. Besides grounding everything that helps your nervous system is good to balance out the electromagnetic frequencies. Things that help the nervous system include magnesium, B vitamins, meditation, good breathing, exercise, acupuncture and more.

Personally, I feel like it’s best to adapt to your environment, instead of trying to change the world so that we can feel better.  Most of the world does not even notice this stuff or care one little bit. Besides,  all of the convenience that the electronics bring to our lives is hard to part with.  However, we can be more careful and minimize the negative effects. In my own experience, I was very sensitive to electromagnetic frequency or EMF for a while so I was very careful and didn’t even use my phone or my computer much. This helped me strengthen my health and my body that I don’t really notice it anymore.
