Eve’s Superfood Raw Cereal- Make Your Own Cereal

This amazing, nutrient dense mixture makes it so easy to make your own cereal. I get most of my ingredients from the bulk section in the health food grocery. Bulk food is so much fresher. All you do is do is buy the ingredients and put it in a jar and mix it up.

One of the benefits you get when you  make your own cereal and food is that you can use very high quality ingredients. Most prepared foods use the least costly ingredients. If you bought this in a box, it would have to retail for, at least, $20. Also, I don’t know of any cereal that doesn’t contain added sugars.

Writing the health properties and nutrition in these ingredients would take 10 pages.

Put it in nice glass jars and makes a nice gift. I like to give it to my loved ones.

All ingredients are organic, non-irradiated when possible.

Granola is cooked oats and muesli is raw oats, so this is muesli. You can bake the oats if you like, but I don’t have time and really like it raw.

Use any combination of these ingredients! Now I am adding Hemp Seeds and Chia Seeds, both pack a serious amount of proteins, Omega 3s and many more potent nutrients.

 

It’s so easy, you can use any or all in any portions that you prefer.

 

Oats

Almonds
Walnuts
Pumpkin seeds
Sunflower seeds etc
Shredded coconut
Chia seeds
Goji berries
Raisins
Dried sour cherries
Dried cranberries
Dried currants
Flax seeds (freshly ground is optimal)

Sesame seeds

Hemp seeds
Milk thistle seeds

In addition, you can add cinnamon and or cardamom as a sweet spice.


Then, when you are ready to eat it, you can add raw honey, raw cacao, un-sulfured molasses or maple syrup
