1/2 or 1 teaspoon of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) can alkalize the system in minute’s. It generally cures almost any ill. Try it.
I tried ‘PH Cures Cancer’ protocol. Many claim to have cured cancer with baking soda. There are 2 premises for this cure; one is that cancer is a fungus and the baking soda kills it, the other is that keeping the PH at 8 for 4 days oxygenates and alkalizes the body to such a degree that the cancer dies. I think it kills yeasts candida, pathogens etc. I have a feeling that this can greatly help MCS. I tried this cure after I was already much better & never did it quite diligently, so I can’t be sure; it did do away with the pale tongue coating I had (a sign of yeast overgrowth). You never know, perhaps early failed attempts at sustaining the 8 ph for 4 days may have done a lot for my MCS recovery, because I did almost do the protocol a few times.
In the long run, an alkaline forming way of eating {not ‘The alkaline diet’ because, for me, diets are a burden } is helpful for all conditions.I usually take a little baking soda or lemon or lime water (along with a great whole organic diet) to keep my ph at at least 7.
Most people use Bobs Baking Soda, but Arm and Hammer is not going to kill you and does not actually contain Aluminum like everyone says. Its more processed than Bob’s, but then again, Bob’s comes in plastic.
You can Google ‘PH cures cancer’ and read more, but the basic protocol is to use baking soda at one teaspoon between meals twice a day, you mix it with maple syrup or molasses. The yeasts-cancers and whatnot are attracted to the sugar and then get blasted with the baking soda. Get some PH test strips to keep checking your PH. Increase baking soda until you get your ph to 8 and then maintain it there for 4 full days. Try to use the baking soda between meals as the alkalinity can interfere with digestion.
