Black Beans are a nutrition powerhouse. The hard to get Detox Mineral, Molybdenum is found in beans as well as LOTS of Vitamins, Minerals and Phytonutrients!
Get the dry beans (from the bulk bins if possible) and soak them overnight. This is cheaper and doesn’t contain the BPA and metals found in cans.
