They also make a clay detox bath which I think is really great. It is especially good if you are struggling with your  health and probably not absorbing minerals. It would be good too if you are having rashes and skin issues. The skin is a great way to absorb minerals, it bypasses the digestive system. The clay mineral bath makes your skin feel really soft as well.  I use the toothpaste too; I love this clay!
