Why I Would Never Use Ozempic or Any GLP-1 Medications

Five reasons why you couldn't pay me to take Ozempic or any GLP-1 drug — including Ozempic face, metabolism damage, gut destruction, and a deadly history of similar drugs being pulled. Plus what I would do instead (parasites, keto/carnivore, and simple daily habits). Real talk from someone who's been there

Five Reasons Why You Couldn't Pay Me to Take Ozempic or Any GLP-1 — And What I Would Do Instead

👉🏻 Not Medical Advice. I am no medical professional, just someone who cured my 'incurable' chronic illness.

TLDR:Ozempic and similar weight-loss drugs mimic sickness, can destroy your face and metabolism, have a deadly history, and wreck your gut. Skip them. Use common sense: kill parasites, go keto/carnivore slowly, lift weights, and do simple daily exercise like 8-minute abs or yoga(with me) Slow and steady wins the race ~by author of Detox With Ease

#1. IT MIMICS ILLNESS: Why Ozempic Dangers Should Scare You

This drug works by taking away your hunger, so it is mimicking being sick or dying. Hunger is a sign of vitality and life. It is a sign that your metabolism is working and that you need more energy, which you get from food. When you are sick or at the end of life, you are not hungry.

That right there is why I would never touch it. When you understand the basics of health and wellness, you would not take a drug that mimics being sick. What you do not know is why you are addicted to sugar and carbs. It is not that you cannot control your hunger. It is that you have not found the way yet.

#2. OZEMPIC FACE: The Shocking Visible Side Effects

I am sure everyone has seen the famous Ozempic face of celebrities who look like skeletons, anorexic people, or zombies. Their eyes are hollow. Their faces are withered. Their bones are sticking out. Their skin is hanging. Obviously, this drug is bad for you.

At my favorite hangout, there are two waitresses who are clearly anorexic. But then someone said, “They did not used to be so thin, but now everyone is taking Ozempic.” Most of these women and men you see now who look anorexic—which is a serious, potentially fatal illness—are on Ozempic. If a drug makes you look sick, then you are sick.

Use your common senses; your sight, smell, feelings, and energy level. All of these things will tell you how you are doing. You can see a very lean woman who looks very healthy and you can see another one they might weigh the same but the other one looks sick. Some people are naturally very lean. Heavy people might look better when using Ozempic or GLP-1 after their first 20 or 30 pounds of weight loss. However, they are losing muscle along with the fat and doing who knows what else to theri body. You don't want to lose muscle; you want to gain muscle. Muscle helps speed up your metabolism. That is why lifting weights can help you lose weight, because your body becomes more efficient at processing your food.

#3. EVERY "SUCCESSFUL" WEIGHT-LOSS DRUG HAS BEEN PULLED FOR KILLING PEOPLE

Drug companies and doctors are making so much money, and you can't trust them. Getting sued is written into their business plans. They don't mind if it kills you. They will pretend they did not know, or rationalize it to themselves; pay fines but it doesn't compare to the profits being made.

WEIGHT-LOSS DRUGS TAKEN OFF THE MARKET

  • Fen-Phen: Heart-valve damage (1997)

  • Amphetamines/Rainbow pills: Addiction and heart issues (1960s–70s)

  • DNP: Fatal hyperthermia and cataracts (1938)

  • Thyroid hormones: Hyperthyroidism (restricted decades ago)

  • Sibutramine (Meridia): Heart attack and stroke (2010)

  • Dexfenfluramine: Heart-valve damage (1997)

  • Phenylpropanolamine: Stroke (2000)

  • Ephedra: Cardiovascular deaths (2004)

  • Lorcaserin (Belviq): Cancer (2020)

  • Rimonabant: Psychiatric effects and suicide risk (2008)

#4. MESSES UP YOUR METABOLISM LONG-TERM In a few years, everyone will know that the way we have been thinking about calories and calorie restriction is not the full science. You do not want to lose weight fast. About 90% of people who lose weight fast end up as big or bigger in the long run. Researchers found rapid weight loss throws your metabolism off. You cannot stop taking the GLP-1 drug, or all the weight comes back. Why is that? Think about it. One reason it would come back is that you haven't changed your eating habits, but it could be that it ruined your metabolism.

Obviously, they have not studied this because this weight-loss drug is a new phenomenon. They are not going to study what this has done to your health after five, 10, or 15 years. This is not a workable solution: taking a drug that is killing you, having to keep taking it, and paying a lot of money.

#5. GUT ISSUES: The Fast Track to Chronic Illness

Gut issues and pain are probably the number-one indicators that you could have serious illnesses or develop serious illnesses. Our gut is where we process all of our food and get all of our nutrition. If something is making you nauseous, it might be killing a lot of parasites, which can make you nauseous, but any other reason is no good.

Almost everyone with a chronic illness has gut issues, so you want to keep your gut healthy. I had a chronic illness called multiple chemical sensitivity, and my gut was a mess!! I am sure part of it was that I had H. pylori, which did not even go away when I took antibiotics. But I did heal it by using a little plantain leaf from the yard. I think doing keto and carnivore diets also cured my gut issues, because they are gone.

Nausea and vomiting — common

Diarrhea and stomach issues

Constipation and bowel problems

Fatigue and energy drain

Frequent headaches and pain

Injection-site reactions

Risk of pancreatitis

Thyroid tumors

Unwanted muscle loss

Rebound weight gain

WHAT I WOULD DO INSTEAD

#1. KILL PARASITES: The Real Reason for Sugar Addiction

It is not you who wants the food; it is the parasites! The reason you are addicted to food is not you! It is parasites! Parasites, cancer, yeast, fungus, and mold thrive on sugar. Carbs in the body also act as sugar. That is what a beer belly is: yeast and parasites!!

I can talk for a long time about this, but I will not. If I were very overweight now, I think I would take some ivermectin and really work to get away from sugar and carbs. Those of us who are healthy and fit rarely touch sugar. Many of us have become carnivore or keto.

I made a great video 15 years ago about how to get free from sugar addiction. The method is to slowly change your sugars from worse choices to better ones. Now, I would try carnivore because it would be much quicker, but if you cannot do that, you can slowly change over time. Slowly changing over time is the answer to almost any problem.

Those of us who do not have problems with our weight do not have them because we do not feed the parasites. You can watch hundreds of videos on YouTube of people who have lost 100 or more pounds by doing keto. I do carnivore, and I feel like my body likes it. I do not do extreme carnivore. My diet is not restrictive; when I feel like eating something, I will. I am not skinny, but I look good, and I am very healthy for my age.

#2. USE COMMON SENSE & DON’T BE FOOLED BY MARKETING

Find out why you are overweight. Usually, people are addicted to sugar and carbs. But there could be other reasons, such as eating for pleasure or simply having a habit of eating delicious food. Maybe you do not exercise. Maybe you need to work out much more than other people. Each person is different.

Study and follow people who are not selling you something. “But each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire.” —The Bible . This is Marketing 101. Trick people into thinking they're gonna get something they want. I mean some marketing is real and they will get what they want, but usually it's greatly exaggerated..

You are going to see a lot of pictures of great-looking people in Ozempic advertisements. But train yourself to look for the truth behind what your doctor is saying, what your friends are saying, and what ads everywhere are saying. This is how you stay alive and healthy.

I wrote this famous detox book, and after detoxing, I noticed that I did not need to drink anymore... my mood stabilized, my depression went away, and all my illnesses were gone.

#3. WHAT IF YOU CANNOT LOSE WEIGHT? My Personal Take

This is my very nonmedical personal opinion. If I were several hundred pounds overweight and had tried keto, carnivore, or getting off sugar but could not do it, I might take a drug for two months... During those two months, I would find a way to exercise and work on overcoming the sugar-and-carb addiction.

Perhaps a drug would do less damage with shorter use, although serious reactions—including pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, kidney injury from dehydration, severe gastrointestinal reactions, and hypoglycemia in certain patients—can occur without years of use. I would not use the drug, but I am saying that doctors prescribe it, so you can weigh the possible outcomes.

There is a reason the tortoise and the hare is a famous story. Slow and steady wins the race. If it were me, I would just get rid of parasites and eat more animal fats. It turns out that my body—and probably most people’s bodies—runs very well on a high-animal-fat diet.

#4. JUST START GOING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

The reason I love the eight-minute abs program that we have been doing daily since 2020 is that it is only eight minutes. Baby steps and small progress really are the sustainable way.

You can start doing eight-minute abs each day or just 20 minutes of yoga. That exercise is going to give you strength, muscle, energy, and a sense of success. Then you can build on top of that.

If you want short-term coaching to help you get started, I charge $150 an hour. I’ve been overweight myself, so I understand. Coaching is not my main job — I’m a painter — but I always need cash and this is a skill I have.Read my info, watch my videos, and if you’d like me to non-professionally help you get started, just email or call me.

#5 ELIMINATE TOXINS: Toxins play a big role in slowing down your metabolism. Your body is a self-cleaning machine, but when your lungs, spleen, kidneys, liver, and even your skin get clogged up with toxins, it slows everything down. Parasites, yeast, and molds are also part of that toxin load.

All the chemicals we use have to be processed by the body, so the fewer things your body has to deal with, the more efficiently it can process your food. I think a lot of the problem with junk food is that it’s full of chemicals and things your body wasn’t designed to use as fuel.

Many people say toxins are stored in fat to protect your organs. I think this could very well be true. Being overweight is linked to so many illnesses — and it may not be the fat itself, but all the toxins stored in the fat.

If you want to learn how to easily reduce toxins, check out my detox book. I’ll eventually redo my whole blog and website, but for now, start by changing your laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, and anything else you can to take in fewer toxins.
