Lately, I make a drink with a Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (ACV), Tablespoon of Turmeric and Raw Honey in a large glass of water. You can use how ever much or little tastes good to you. These are three powerful foods that make a delicious drink.

Turmeric and Raw honey cure everything from cancer to viruses. Turmeric is an incredible anti-inflammatory, anti tumor that the pharmaceutical companies have been trying for years to patent.

It doesn’t have to be Braggs, but must be raw and organic and have the ‘mother’ floating on the bottom. For cleaning any vinegar will do.

Apple Cider Vinegar is a great Detox! As part of balancing the body’s pH, apple cider vinegar creates an overall detoxification of the body. Research shows that it can help stimulate cardiovascular circulation and help detoxify the liver.

For daily weight management, add 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to 16 ounces of water. This can be sipped throughout the day. You can drink less or drink my turmeric honey drink. In order to keep drinking it, it has to taste good.

In a study published in Bioscience, Biotechnology, and Biochemistry, it was found that subjects that consumed apple cider vinegar f experienced significant declines in body weight, abdominal fat, waist circumference and triglycerides.
