Morning Yoga 8:00 AM Morning yoga stretches to awaken and tone. Monday–Friday. Usually 15–25 minutes in a Vinyasa style.
We share the video screen so once we start, no one is watching you. You can modify for injuries or go harder if you’re an athlete. Show up with messy hair, kids running around, or coffee in hand — just come as you are.
